Urban Fusion the journey so far
Urban Fusion founded 5 years ago in North Wales was the vision of Vicky Rowlands. Urban Fusion is a brand of Street, Hip-hop and Break Dance classes for all ages. Originally having only 5 members for 1hr a week it very quickly grew, becoming one of the most successful dance schools in the area. It now branches out to the whole of the Flintshire area and consists of 200 dancers in total ranging from 5 years - Adults.
Urban Fusion provides Choreographers traveling to schools and activity center’s in the area teaching both children and adults. These Choreographers have performed live p.a. performances with the likes of Akon, Tim Westwood, Studio B, Plummet, Rozalla, Baby D, Aura and many road shows across the UK.
Urban Fusion offers more than ‘just a dance class’, our aim is to offer encouragement and the opportunity to develop confidence, self-esteem and fitness using dance and theatre. Urban Fusion prides itself upon developing each individual’s talent.
Urban Fusion also competes all over the UK in street dance competitions, and has the support of the UDO.
We also Provide support to Newi basketball team and are sponsored by our local radio station Dee 106.3.
Alongside competition classes Urban Fusion also offer classes in Curriculum and after school classes.
